We hold clinic on Tuesday nights and one Friday morning each month in <a href=\"https:\/\/webstudioperdue.com\/clients\/odc\/locations\/middlebury-vt-open-door-clinic\/\">Middlebury<\/a>. We also hold dental clinics on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>All the services provided at clinic are free of charge for the patients. We see:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Uninsured individuals up to 300% of the federal poverty level<\/li>\n<li>Under-insured individuals whose health insurance deductibles exceed 10% of their gross household income<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To see if you qualify to be seen at the Open Door Clinic, please <a href=\"https:\/\/webstudioperdue.com\/clients\/odc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/ODC_2022_Income_Guidelines.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">click here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Are you eligible? To schedule an appointment, please call 802-388-0137.<\/p>\n<p>At the Open Door Clinic, health care is provided in a compassionate, respectful and culturally sensitive manner by a rotating staff of volunteer healthcare providers. Medical Doctors, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physical Therapists, Social Workers, Dietitians, EMTs, Mental Health Counselors, Dentists and Medical Assistants generously donate their time and make Vermont a healthier state for all.<\/p>\n<p>The Open Door Clinic does it best to provide trained, volunteer medical interpreters, free of charge, for people who prefer to communicate in Spanish and some other languages.<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\">\n<p><b>Services<\/b><\/p>\n<div id=\"threecols\">\n<ul>\n<li>Acute and Chronic Care<\/li>\n<li>Routine Physical Exams<\/li>\n<li>Dental hygiene and referrals<\/li>\n<li>Physical therapy and chiropractic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"threecols\">\n<ul>\n<li>Prescription assistance<\/li>\n<li>Diabetes clinics<\/li>\n<li>Mental health support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"threecols\">\n<ul>\n<li>Nutrition counseling<\/li>\n<li>Lab and radiology services<\/li>\n<li>Referrals to local specialists<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\">\n<div id=\"threecols\"><a href=\"https:\/\/webstudioperdue.com\/clients\/odc\/locations\/middlebury-vt-open-door-clinic\/\"><strong>Open Door Clinic &#8211; Middlebury<\/strong><\/a><br \/>Clinics are held at 110 Porter Drive, Middlebury, VT each Tuesday evening from 5-8pm.
